Employee Assistance Programs

MHCS is contracted to provide Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services for many corporations in the Metro Atlanta Area. Our clinicians provide confidential, face-to-face and telephonic assessments and short-term counseling.

We also support managers and employers with on-site trainings, webinars, continuing education training, critical incident debriefings and organizational consultation.

Who Qualifies for EAP Services?

Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) are employee benefit programs offered by many employers, typically in conjunction with a health insurance plan.

EAPs are intended to help employees deal with problems that might adversely impact their work performance, health, and well-being.
